Commercial Services

Commercial Data Report (CDR) #4
This is a commercial report which sets forth pertinent facts and information on the subject company, including banking references and three suppliers verified, to enable day-to-day credit decisions to be taken. When requested, verbal high-lights of the report will be provided prior to forwarding the written report.
Recommended for compagnies in operation for over six months and the same directorship(s) or with the same owner(s).
For new companies in operation for less than six months, and for information on the owner(s) or principal(s), we recommend a S.R.C(Standard Credit Report no.9).

Business and Corporation Report PAC #1
A verified up-to-date standard report covering the firm’s antecedent history including certain information regarding the financial position of the company and general references regarding the firm as a credit seeker.

Commercial Solvency Report #3
Provides an up-to-date and in-depth solvency report establishing the current financial position of the subject firm. Includes verifications and general appraisal of assets and liabilities where possible and general assessment of current responsibilities, including credit references and repayment habits.

Consumer Services

Standard Credit Report #9
Standard current credit report setting forth certain aspects of the subjects as a credit risk. Includes relative background information, as well as the subject’s payment habits.

Report on Individual PAC #7
An up-to-date credit report with emphasis on the subject’s past and current credit responsabiblities as well as income and reimbursement of current financial obligations. Might also include certain information regarding the subject’s assets and liabilities at the time of the preparation of the report.

Solvency Report on Individual #8
Provides an up-to-date and in-depth solvency report establishing the solvency and personal equity of an individual. This report would include details of the subject’s credit references, repayment habits, as well as describing as completely as possible the financial situation of the subject including a description of assets and liabilities and personal equity at the time of the preparation of the report.

Leasing Apartment Report #11
Standard current credit report setting forth certain aspects of the subject as a credit risk. Includes relative background information as well as the subject’s payment habits, plus specific information relating to the subject’s acceptability as a tenant. Such information includes past leasing habits revealed through a verification with the Quebec Rental Board and legal files, etc.
